Former Texas Gov. Rick Perry said on tonight’s “The Kelly File” that he would “invalidate” a nuclear weapons agreement with Iran if he were to become president.

“This is a country that’s been exporting terrorism around the world, and we seem to be negotiating with them like they’re an ally,” he said.

Perry also sounded off on the need to build the U.S. military back up. Perry, the only 2016 Republican contender who has served in the military, said he understands what our troops go through.

“This administration is hollowing out our military,” he charged.

He also warned, “The next president of the United States is going to absorb this chaos that’s being created by this administration.”
