Judge Jeanine Pirro tonight weighed in on the legal action that Hillary Clinton could face for deleting emails from her time with the State Department.

The “Justice” host said that Clinton could be charged with tampering with or concealing evidence, and she noted that the former secretary of state violated the records act.

“For all the years that there were Freedom of Information requests about Hillary Clinton, the State Department went to court and said, ‘We have nothing relevant, nothing relevant.’ To me, Sean, that is a conspiracy. To me, everyone in the State Department knew it, and they are complicit in this cover-up,” Pirro said.

Pirro added that she fears Clinton’s emails have been destroyed.

“These people are not naive,” she said.
