Huckabee: 'Disheartening' That Admin Won't Attend Netanyahu's Speech
Mike Huckabee was on “The Kelly File” tonight, where he slammed administration officials and Democrats who won’t attend Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s address to Congress tomorrow.
Huckabee remarked that this address is politically destructive to Netanyahu, yet he’s doing it because a nuclear Iran would be “a death sentence” for Israel.
“He’s risking his political life because he values not just the future of Israel but really the future of civilization,” Huckabee said. “The Iranians are just crazy enough to use a nuclear weapon if they had one.”
Megyn Kelly asked Huckabee what he thinks about the news that not even one member of the Obama administration – including the ambassador to Israel – will attend the speech. More than 50 Democrats also reportedly plan to boycott the address.
“It’s disappointing and disheartening,” he said.
