Don't miss "Hannity" on Thursday and Friday at 10p/1a ET as Sean brings you live coverage from CPAC. He'll have must-see interviews with some of the biggest names, including Jeb Bush, Scott Walker, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Bobby Jindal, Dr. Ben Carson, Rick Perry, Donald Trump and more!

Conservatives will come together this week at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC).

The event, hosted by the American Conservative Union, is seen as an important early test of the potential 2016 GOP presidential candidates.

In an interview with "The Five" co-host Dana Perino, ACU chairman Matt Schlapp said that this year's CPAC represents the start of the 2016 Republican race.

"Nearly every top-tier candidate will appear and speak at the event. Our goal is to continue the tradition of bringing together the leaders of the conservative movement with activists from around the country. We want to have a meaningful discussion about conservative policy solutions while getting the first major look at those who would seek to lead conservatives and Republicans," said Schlapp.

Unlike past years, the speakers will also be able to take questions via social media. The speakers will have the choice of how to use their 20 minutes.

The four-day event culminates Saturday night with the announcement of the CPAC straw poll results, which was won the last two years by Rand Paul.
