A new video released by ISIS appears to show the terror group training young children as soldiers and suicide bombers.

In the slickly-edited, nine-minute propaganda video, dozens of young boys in camouflage stand in formation, repeat commands, pray and participate in physical exercises.

Kevin Corke reported on "Fox and Friends" this morning that the disturbing video shows boys as young as five-years-old at a military-style training camp called the Al Farouk Institute for Cubs, located in the Raqqa province in Syria.

Steve Doocy noted that ISIS says the children are mostly foreign. He asserted that likely means that they were brought to Syria by their fathers, foreign fighters who joined the terror group themselves.

"That means not only young men came to fight with ISIS, but also they brought their family," Doocy said. "And now they're using their children as - I believe they think - martyrs to be used as human shields, suicide bombers and enforcers."
