Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer revealed tonight on “The O’Reilly Factor” that there will be a mid-March decision on the Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl investigation.

O’Reilly said it looks like officials are trying to figure out “how to sell this to the American public so it doesn’t damage President Obama.”

“The Army is trying to do what it can to be honest. All the pressure here, Bill, is coming from the White House,” Shaffer said.

Col. David Hunt said that Gen. Mark Milley, who is in charge of the investigation, has to make a decision.

“This is inexplicable that this is taking this long,” Hunt said.

Shaffer and Hunt also weighed in on today’s announcement that Obama has sent a draft resolution to Congress for authorization of military force against ISIS.
