Former New Hampshire Governor John Sununu sounded off on "America's Newsroom" about the Obama administration's lack of strategy against ISIS and complaints that the White House is micromanaging the tactical situation on a daily and weekly basis.

"First of all, it's demoralizing to the military to have somebody trying to manipulate their operations on a daily basis on a tactical basis," Sununu said. "But, secondly, the military knows that this administration has no strategy."

He said the fact that President Obama, Chief of Staff Denis McDonough and National Security Advisor Susan Rice have no military experience leaves no high-level member of the administration with standing that the military would respect.

"It's an incompetent White House," Sununu stated. "This is a White House that's shown its incompetence in trying to manage the IRS, in trying to manage the daily operations of ObamaCare."

"This is a White House that has no cumulative experience in making difficult executive decisions before they took office ... It will only change in about 700 days."
