Do you have the need for speed?

Well, a new car's "insane" feature is taking people by complete surprise and we saw their priceless reactions on "America's Newsroom" today.

Brooks Weisblat of DragTimes.com posted a video on YouTube that showed him scaring the pants off his family and friends when he pressed the "insane" button in his new Telsa.

He explained on "America's Newsroom" (above) that the Telsa Model S P85D comes with the special button that when pressed engages both front and rear motors at the same time allowing the car to reach 60 mph in just over three seconds.

Weisblat stated that the electric speedster has a 221-horsepower front motor and a 470-horsepower rear motor.

"When they announced the car back in October, Elon [Musk] said there was going to be an insane button in the car," he said. "I watched the video of it happening. I was waiting up all night and the next morning I ordered the car. I had to have it."

Weisblat remarked that he paid about $130,000 for the car and that "it just takes everybody by surprise."
