A Comcast employee has been fired after changing a customer’s name to “A**hole Brown.”

Lisa Brown says she called Comcast to pay and try to lower her bill, but a representative tried to sell her on a different deal. When her bill arrived, her husband Ricardo Brown’s name had been changed to “***hole Brown.”

Lisa called Comcast and couldn’t get her husband’s name changed. A visit to Comcast didn’t help either until word got to a higher-up, and damage control began.

“We have spoken with our customer and apologized for this completely unacceptable and inappropriate name change. We have zero tolerance for this type of disrespectful behavior and are conducting a thorough investigation to determine what happened,” Comcast said in a statement.

The worker was fired, and the Browns have been refunded for two years of cable bills.
