Donald Trump discussed a possible 2016 presidential run on tonight's "On The Record."

“I’m very, very seriously considering it. I could make America great again. We have tremendous potential, we’re not using it,” he said.

Trump slammed politicians for being all talk and no action. He warned that the nation is falling behind.

Trump said he would address the immigration problem, if president. He said the U.S. must stop people from “just walking right into the country.”

“Who builds a better wall than Donald Trump?” he quipped. “I build the best buildings, walls are easy. And believe me, I would build a wall that is not penetrable.”

Trump also weighed in on Mitt Romney and Jeb Bush, saying that neither should run for president.
