7-year-old Griffin Carpenter recently got his first kiss and a video of his adorable reaction has quickly gone viral (watch below).

"I got my first kiss today," Griffin says. "And it's just so mind-blowing ... It goes to my brain, it goes to my heart. It just goes to my brain so much it just goes kablooey!"

"I had a funny feeling. It was so great."

Griffin and his mother, Melanie Carpenter, appeared on "Fox and Friends Weekend" this morning to discuss the kiss heard round the world.

Griffin said he was just sitting in a van and talking to a girl when something unexpected happened.

"We were talking about something and she leaned over and kissed me," Griffin said. "And I was like, 'Why did she do that?'"

Griffin explained he was happy about the kiss, but also somewhat mad and confused.

Melanie said she didn't know how to react at first, but was amazed by how eloquently Griffin expressed himself.

Has the young lady who gave you the kiss seen the video? Tucker Carlson asked.

"Oh, she's mad," Griffin answered.
