Gutfeld: 'America Is Now a Divided Collective Run By Camp Counselors'
Greg Gutfeld this evening sounded off on Secretary of State John Kerry’s decision to bring James Taylor to Paris yesterday to play “You’ve Got a Friend” for the French.
Gutfeld said the move “reflects a 1960s ideology that fights force with feelings.”
“The unintended joke” is in the lyrics, Gutfeld remarked.
Taylor’s lyrics are: Just call out my name and you know wherever I am, I’ll come running.
Gutfeld quipped, “That should be, ‘Just call out my name and you know wherever I am, I’ll come running – in a week or so.’”
“America, once a great country run by great men, is now a divided collective run by camp counselors,” Gutfeld said.
Above, watch the monologue, and hear what song the co-hosts of “The Five” would have picked.
