Marine veteran Nick Powers joined "Fox and Friends" this morning to react to the Paris terror attacks and the ongoing fight against terrorism.

Powers said he feels "pure frustration" when he looks at years and years of the U.S. fighting terrorist groups and how rules, regulations and political correctness have given U.S. troops a disadvantage.

"Our hands are tied behind our backs when we're fighting an organization that has no regards [for] human life," Powers said. "They will do whatever it takes to get their message across."

"You have to get dirty, you have to exterminate this scum that is plaguing the entire planet."

As for the terrorists, Powers said, "Keep it up. If you really want to meet your prophet Muhammad, go for it. There's plenty of us out there that are willing to make that meeting available to you."
