Judge Nap: 'Best Resistance to These Thugs is More Freedom'
Judge Andrew Napolitano was on “Shepard Smith Reporting” to call for more freedom of speech following the terror attack on Charlie Hebdo’s offices in Paris.
Napolitano said that the president of France has said that the French will not be afraid to express themselves in the wake of this attack, which left 12 dead.
“I hope they’re not afraid to express themselves because the best resistance to these kind of thugs is more freedom -- loud, audacious freedom of speech about any public person and any idea," Napolitano said.
If media entities pull back on criticism and free speech, Napolitano cautioned that we could see more instances like this.
“You can’t satisfy the appetite of an alligator by continuing to feed it,” he said.
