Today on "Fox and Friends," Elisabeth Hasselbeck was joined by Carson, his mother, Karen, and Mr. Ernie, Ernest Lagasca.

Lagasca explained that he first met Carson when he was making frequent deliveries of special formula that Carson needed. Over the course of four years, both their friendship and Carson's love of trucks grew.

Carson's mom said it touches her heart that this little story became a big one.

"We just keep telling Carson that he's made millions and millions and millions of people smile this holiday season," she said.
