Henry to Earnest: How Can You Claim 'Moral Authority' Amid Deadly Drone Strikes?
Ed Henry reported the latest fallout from yesterday's controversial Senate report on the CIA's enhanced interrogation methods after 9/11.
Henry pressed White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest (video above) on how the White House can claim "moral authority" while using drone strikes - which at times kill or injure civilians - against terror suspects overseas.
Earnest pushed back that there's a "stark difference" between those attacks and terrorists who use car bombs to target civilians.
Earnest also defended CIA Director John Brennan amid calls for him to resign, saying the president has "full confidence" in Brennan.
Sen. Mark Udall (D-Colo.) accused Brennan of misrepresenting the "efficacy of torture," adding "the CIA is lying."
Henry said the Justice Department told him they have no plans to bring charges for possible crimes laid out in the report.
