Paul on Exec Action: How Can You Defend the Indefensible?
Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) was on “The Kelly File” tonight to discuss the first congressional hearing on President Barack Obama’s immigration action.
Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, who has been called the author of this action, was the star witness today. He defended Obama and denied the president's change of tune on executive action.
“I don’t even know how you can – with a straight face – defend the indefensible,” Paul said. “How do you defend against the president’s actual words 20 times saying he didn’t have the power?”
Paul also discussed the possibility of a 2016 presidential run. Watch the video above for more.
