Michael Brown's Stepfather Could Be Charged for Inciting Riots
As nationwide protests continue a week after the grand jury decision in the Ferguson case, police are investigating Louis Head, the stepfather of Michael Brown, for possibly inciting riots.
In an extensively played video that was shot last Monday night by The New York Times, Head can be seen urging protesters to "burn this b**** down" following the decision not to indict police officer Darren Wilson in Brown's Aug. 9 shooting death.
Mike Tobin reported from Ferguson on "The Real Story" today that a spokesman for the St. Louis County Prosecutors Office said there has been no discussion among lawyers there related to charging Head.
According to Tobin, the discussion for charging Head with a crime related to inciting a riot seems to currently be limited to Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson and Missouri Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder.
