Five St. Louis Rams players took to the field Sunday with the “hands up, don’t shoot” gesture.

Laura Ingraham went “On The Record” to weigh in, where she said the pose is “not based in any fact.”

“There was no ‘hands up, don’t shoot.’ That was rejected by the grand jury,” she said.

Still, Ingraham acknowledged that the players have the right to exercise their freedom of speech.

“I think they have the right to speak out […] although shut up and play would be my preferred.”
