Military Members Spending Thanksgiving in Ebola Isolation
Members of our military will spend Thanksgiving in Ebola isolation after returning from overseas.
The 15 service members and one Defense Department civilian just returned from Liberia, where they built facilities to fight the deadly virus.
They were not exposed to Ebola patients, and the risk of contracting Ebola is minimal.
AP reported that they will have their temperatures taken twice per day during their time at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
A dining facility will make them Thanksgiving dinner.
