Whoops, they did it again.

One year after the General Services Administration (GSA) used taxpayer dollars for a luxurious conference in Las Vegas - which even featured a clown and a mind-reader - GSA employees returned to The M Resort Spa Casino for another taxpayer-funded meeting.

A review of invoices from the 2011 conference found that 21 people attended, dining on $44 lunches and drinking lemonade that runs $50/gallon.

The entire conference cost about $2,500 per person.
