The star of "Grumpy Cat" continues to rise. It's only been two years since America met the little cat with the permanent scowl, but she's now officially a movie star.

The unhappy-looking feline made her way to "Fox and Friends" to promote her movie debut on Lifetime in "Grumpy Cat's Worst Christmas Ever."

Grumpy and her owner, Tabitha Bundesen, sat down with Steve, Peter and Elisabeth (video below) fresh off of an appearance at Macy's in New York City.

Bundesen said despite her appearance, "Grumpy" is actually very sweet. Actress and comedian Aubrey Plaza is the voice of Grumpy Cat in the movie.

Since Bundesen's brother posted a Reddit picture of "Grumpy" two years ago, the official Grumpy Cat Facebook page has garnered nearly 7 million likes and the Twitter account has 249,000 followers.

We're not even going to guess how many hilarious memes she's been featured in.

You can catch the world premiere of "Grumpy Cat's Worst Christmas Ever," Saturday Nov. 29 at 8p ET on Lifetime.
