In a newly surfaced video, one of the architects of ObamaCare admits a lack of transparency helped get the Affordable Care Act passed because "the stupidity of the American voter" would have led to the legislation being killed if people actually knew what it entailed.

On "Your World" today, Judge Andrew Napolitano said that the video of ObamaCare architect Jonathan Gruber had been suppressed because many people in the mainstream media favor ObamaCare and its authors.

If the lack of transparency surrounding the Affordable Care Act was intentional, then the administration and the drafters of ObamaCare knowingly duped the Congressional Budget Office, members of the Congress and the average American voter, Judge Nap said.

"If this phrase, this admission, by this professor gets in front of the Supreme Court, ObamaCare loses," Judge Nap said.

"Now we know, if this professor is telling the truth, that it was intentionally written with vagueness."
