Ryan: Americans Are Rejecting the 'Inherent Incompetence of Big Gov't'
We just heard from Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.), who expressed confidence that this is going to ultimately be a big night for the GOP.
The former vice presidential candidate said the only thing that's unclear is how big of a night the party will have.

"It's not just the incompetence of the Obama administration that voters are responding to. It's the incompetence that is inherent in big government," said Ryan.
Megyn Kelly asked what the difference is between tonight and the presidential election of 2012.
Ryan said he believes that in 2012, he and Mitt Romney were fighting "big government in theory," explaining that ObamaCare and other reforms had not been implemented yet.
Ryan said Americans are now seeing that "big government in practice" isn't working for the economy and "doesn't look like what they told me it would look like."
