Police have arrested the man suspected of killing a state trooper last month.

Police say 31-year-old Eric Frein has been caught. He is suspected of shooting two state troopers in Pennsylvania last month. One died, and the second was injured.

Authorities say Frein is a self-trained survivalist who talked about wanting to commit mass murder and had likely planned his attack and escape for years on end.

He was named to the FBI's 10 most wanted list.
