National Nurses United Co-President Jean Ross tonight spoke out on “Hannity” about the Ebola threat in U.S. hospitals.

Ross called the CDC and several hospitals out of touch. She said the union has been saying for some time that hospitals are not ready, and that nurses aren’t being trained.

“We would recommend to all nurses that you only go in with the highest safety standard, that indeed is what we’re asking of President Obama, we’ve sent him a letter and we want him to issue an executive order, requiring strict adherence to a uniformed national standard, that all hospitals must comply with for safety with the nurses and the health care workers in this country,” Ross said.
