The sister of Oklahoma beheading suspect Alton Nolen went “On The Record” this evening to discuss the allegations against her brother.

Megan Nolen said her family is “confused and shocked and [has] many unanswered questions.”

“I honestly don't believe it was an act of terrorism,” she said, explaining that her brother grew up in a Christian household.

Nolen also said that her brother was never a problem child growing up, though he wasn’t perfect either.
