Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) went “On The Record” tonight, where he said the Obama administration has been “fundamentally unserious” about the threat of ISIS.

Cruz said that ISIS has declared war on the U.S., and the terror group has done it on the world stage. He said he believes ISIS can be dealt with predominantly with concentrated airstrikes.

He also called the Obama-Clinton foreign policy “a photo-op foreign policy.”

Cruz also told Greta Van Susteren about a bill he has introduced in the Senate, which would make fighting with ISIS mean you’ve renounced your U.S. citizenship, so that terrorists can’t re-enter the U.S.
