Charles Krauthammer sounded off on President Barack Obama’s remarks today on ISIS and Russia.

“I thought that the president could no longer surprise me – I was wrong. He shocked me today,” Krauthammer said, referencing Obama’s declaration that “we don’t have a strategy yet” on dealing with ISIS. If that’s true, Krauthammer said Obama should have said nothing.

Krauthammer said that the president has to have a minimum of discipline while running his foreign policy instead of spending all of his time undoing what he and others have said and done.

“This is fairly elementary. It’s diplomacy and strategy 101,” he said.
