Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) was on “Hannity” tonight, where he weighed in on ISIS and Barack Obama’s leadership.

McCain said Obama doesn’t view America as a country that needs to lead.

“When America’s leadership is absent, bad things happen […] it’s not like hurricanes and earthquakes and natural disasters, it has to do with strategy and policy and the United States’ obligations to the rest of the world.”

McCain said Obama needs to come to Congress with policies to implement his strategy.
