Too Far? Okla. Female Students Asked to Bend Over During Dress Code Check

Stefanie Weiss, a parent consultant, said schools should make rules – like allowing skirts a certain amount of inches above the knee – but should not humiliate students by making them bend over.
Mom and lawyer Stacy Schneider noted that schools have the right to enforce dress codes unless they violate free speech rights. She called short skirts disruptive to the educational system.
