Sean Hannity tonight spoke to lawyer Daryl Parks, an attorney for Michael Brown’s family, about the case.

Hannity pressed Parks, saying that until the facts are in, those who are calling this a race case don’t know what they’re talking about.

“And you shouldn’t make it a race case,” Parks said. “Race is a bad symptom.”

However, Parks called the incident “a clear violation of civil rights” because he said Brown was running away, and there was no threat to the officer.
