Ben Crump, an attorney for Michael Brown’s family, was on “The Kelly File” to discuss the shooting death of the unarmed teen.

Crump called the preliminary autopsy “the first step to getting the answers to what really happened to cause an unarmed teen to be shot and killed in broad daylight.”

“We want to know more about the shooter,” Crump said. “We hope in the days to come that there’s gonna be transparency.”

“Hopefully Michael Brown’s family can have his voice heard in an equal manner as well as the police who is obviously gonna get due process of the law and that’s what you want to make the system work, but the community is very mistrustful,” he said
