We're seeing new video this morning of the moment two double-decker tour buses collided in Times Square. In the footage, you can see one man fall to the ground as a traffic light crashes down and some debris appears to hit him.

The crash occurred near 47th street near a popular spot where people can purchase discounted Broadway show tickets.

The driver of the red Gray Line bus has been arrested. Fox 5 New York reporter Teresa Priolo reported that according to police, 58-year-old William Dalambert had some prescription or over-the-counter drugs in his system which may have contributed to the accident.

The crash injured 14 people, three of them seriously. Earlier in the day, police had to shut down part of Times Square due to a bomb scare.
