Today's "Outnumbered" panel, Kennedy, Sandra Smith, Andrea Tantaros, Jedediah Bila and #oneluckyguy David Webb, discussed newly released documents that reveal ex-IRS official Lois Lerner used derogatory terms for Republicans, including "crazies."

House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R-Mich.) released the documents today and called for the Justice Department to appoint a special counsel to investigate the IRS unit accused of targeting conservative groups.

IRS Strikes Deal With Atheists to Target Religious Political Activity

Webb said this highlights the problem with the left wing of the American bureaucracy and raised the issue of Americans now fearing the IRS when the agency shows this level of partisanship.

“[Lerner did] the job they expected her to do,” Tantaros said. “Her reputation is one to push Republicans out of a race. She’s a political hack. She got that job because of her bullying skills … she was placed there by this administration to do exactly what she did.”

Bila agreed and said that not only was this clearly agenda-driven, but she expects to see more damning emails and thinks that this could go up much higher.
