Fiery Hannity Takes on ‘D-List Actor’ Russell Brand Over Middle East Remarks
Sean Hannity tonight took on comedian and actor Russell Brand over his “12-minute tirade” against a “Hannity” interview on the crisis in the Middle East.
Hannity called Brand “a D-list actor better known for his failed marriage to Katy Perry.”
In Brand’s video, he says that Gaza doesn’t have an army. If the people of Gaza are going to defend themselves, Brand says it’s “gonna be through what we would perceive or term as acts of terror, but that’s just language, really.”
Hannity blasted his remarks as dumb and ignorant.
“Now, this is the charter of the internationally recognized terrorist group Hamas […] ‘Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it,’” Hannity said, explaining that the charter also says Hamas will seek to destroy Israel at any cost, including through use of human shields.
