Today, GOP lawmakers and protesters rallied against the Senate majority leader as part of the RNC’s “Fire Reid” campaign.

Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) is among those who want Harry Reid fired.

“He needs to go because he will not do his job,” she said on tonight’s “On The Record.”

Blackburn said that as of tonight, 356 bills have passed in the House – 98 percent with bipartisan support – and Reid will not take them up in the Senate.

“It is as if he’s trying to protect his members, that he’s fearful that they don’t have the ability to make a decision, that he doesn’t want the American people to have their point of view represented,” she said.
