Tonight on “Hannity,” Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) discussed the FAA ban on flights to and from Tel Aviv amid the conflict in Gaza.

“The Obama administration is the most anti-Israel administration this government has ever had,” Cruz said.

He questioned if the FAA’s decision was political. Was it driven by the White House or State Department, he wondered? He asked why the FAA singled out Israel but didn’t ban travel to Pakistan, Yemen or Ukraine, where a commercial airline was just shot down.

“Is the Obama administration giving $47 million that will go to Hamas, who is actively trying to kill civilians, while simultaneously imposing millions of dollars of economic harms on our friend and ally Israel?” Cruz announced that he intends to hold all State Department nominees until they answer these questions.

Cruz also weighed in on the illegal immigration crisis.

“This is a humanitarian crisis, but it’s the direct consequence of President Obama‘s lawlessness. We’re not going to solve this crisis until we stop President Obama’s amnesty,” he said.
