Wounded Warrior Soldier Ride Kicks Off Its 10th Year
This morning, Fox and Friends celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Wounded Warrior Soldier Ride. Before the four-day cycling event kicked off outside the Fox News plaza, Steve Doocy spoke to two veterans taking part in their very first ride.
Marine veteran Kevin Grief told Doocy that the event is an important part of building camaraderie among veterans.
“It’s very humbling,” Air Force vet Jenelle Bressette said of the support from others. “The Wounded Warrior Project is all about reaching out to our own, and they truly make it a point to take care of our own. That’s what it’s all about – to empower us.”
