Sean Hannity traveled to the Texas border for an exclusive tour with Governor Rick Perry (R). Before taking off, Hannity joined the governor for a private briefing from the Texas Department of Public Safety.

At the briefing they were told by DPS Director Steve McCraw, “You’re going to have to pinch yourself a couple of times to come back to the fact that you’re in America, because a lot of the stuff you’re going to be seeing […] is almost like dealing with Middle East conflicts.”

McCraw informed them that criminal aliens are responsible for over 642K criminal offenses from 2008-2014.

In a sit-down interview after the tour, Gov. Perry said, President Obama has a short window to deal with the border crisis.

“Obama has the ability to call DOD to deploy National Guard along U.S. border and we can start unspooling this problem.” 

Gov. Perry told Hannity that the three things that will secure the border are boots on the ground, drones in the air and strategic fencing. See the full interview below.
