RNC Chairman Reince Priebus slammed President Barack Obama for his use of executive power, accusing him of trying to “change the laws of this country on his own.”

Priebus noted that the Supreme Court has struck Obama down more than 13 times in the past two years for overextending his power.

On Obama’s use of executive power versus past presidents, Priebus said, “He takes the blue ribbon.”

The RNC chairman said that Obama doesn’t want to work with Congress.

“This is a president that views his presidency more as a kingship than it does as bound by Article Two of the Constitution,” he said.
