Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah), of the House Oversight Committee, was on “Sunday Morning Futures” to discuss the latest in the IRS scandal.

Maria Bartiromo noted that IRS Commissioner John Koskinen was snarky during the hearing.

“There was a degree of arrogance there that I think permeated not only in the room but through the television sets as well,” Chaffetz said.

Although Chaffetz said he doesn’t know if lawmakers will be able to find Lois Lerner’s emails, he said they are pursuing a host of leads.
