Rep Buck McKeon (R-Calif.), chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, was on “Huckabee” last night to discuss Iraq and the Bergdahl swap.

McKeon called the situation in Iraq a “very serious crisis,” as militants march toward Baghdad.

“We need to lead from in front, and to do that, we need to stop cutting our national security resources,” McKeon said.

He also said that we wouldn’t have this problem in Iraq if we had negotiated a status of forces agreement.

Of the Bergdahl swap, McKeon said that the administration negotiated with terrorists, and because of that, we are less safe than we were a few weeks ago.
