A "Special Report" panel tonight discussed Hillary Clinton’s comments that she and Bill were “dead broke” when they left the White House, plus her subsequent clarification of her remarks.

Charles Krauthammer said the problem with Clinton isn’t this particular gaffe. “It’s an intrinsic insincerity,” he said. “She’s continually crafting what she says, crafting what her position is gonna be, crafting her conduct to meet a certain perception.”

He said that when a person does that day in and day out, he or she eventually trips up.
