Police ID Suspects, Release Details on Las Vegas Shooting Rampage
Police have just released the names and photos of the two people who are suspected of killing two police officers and another man in a shooting rampage yesterday.
The suspects have been identified as 31-year-old Jerad Miller and his wife, 22-year-old Amanda Miller. The two officers were shot in a pizzeria before the suspects moved to a nearby Walmart, killing another man.
Police said Amanda then shot her husband dead inside the Walmart before taking her own life in what police believe was a suicide pact. Amanda Miller, still breathing when police arrived, was then transported to a nearby hospital where she died.
Adam Housley reported more details on the investigation on The Real Story. He said police found a Gadsden flag draped over the officers' bodies and a swastika was drawn on one of the bodies. There was also a note found that said "this is the start of a revolution."
Police are investigating reports that Jerad Miller was one of the protesters that gathered at Cliven Bundy's ranch in April. Police said the couple's views were in line with white supremacists and militia groups.
The other man who was killed, 31-year-old Joseph Wilcox is being described as a hero. Police say he pulled out his own gun and was about to engage Jerad Miller when he was shot by Amanda Miller inside the Walmart.
