Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) was on “Huckabee” last night, where he warned of severe consequences if President Barack Obama tries to release more prisoners on his own.

If he tries to empty Gitmo one day, Graham said it would be a “constitutional crisis of great proportion.”

Graham called the swap an “incredibly bad deal,” stressing that the administration has released “the Taliban dream team.” He said that every American serving overseas is now subject to being kidnapped.

The South Carolina senator said Obama wants to close Gitmo, but Graham believes it should remain open.

“We’re at war with radical Islam,” he said.

Graham said that the released terrorists will be back in Afghanistan within a year.

“God help the people of Afghanistan,” he said.
