RNC Chair Reince Priebus and Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill were on “Fox News Sunday” today to discuss Hillary Clinton’s potential 2016 presidential run.

Her new memoir is ramping up speculation of a possible candidacy.

Friday, Politico leaked the chapter on Benghazi, in which she says the tragedy has been politicized by her critics.

Does Hillary Clinton Hate the Media?

“Hillary has been playing politics with this issue from the very beginning,” Priebus said on "Fox News Sunday."

Priebus accused the former secretary of state of playing part in a White House cover-up, and he said the chapter was leaked to try to stop or preempt any further criticism.

McCaskill defended Clinton, saying that nobody feels the Benghazi tragedy more acutely than she does.

McCaskill also said Clinton’s major accomplishment during her time as secretary of state was building relationships in dozens of countries where they had atrophied.

But Chris Wallace said that Clinton pushed the failed “reset button” with Russia, defended Syrian President Assad as a possible reformer, failed to stop Iran and North Korea’s nuclear programs and didn’t designate Boko Haram as a terrorist organization.

“Is that a record to run for president?” he asked McCaskill.
