In his Talking Points Memo Thursday night, Bill O'Reilly pointed out "passive" leadership by the president and a lack of accountability within the Obama administration.

In the VA scandal, which he still believes will lead to the departure of VA Secretary Shinseki, O'Reilly believes VA workers cooked the books because they did not "fear accountability."

"These people knew their direct boss, Shinseki, and the president weren't paying attention. So they thought they could get away with telling lies about how long veterans have to wait for medical care," he said.

O'Reilly argues this "deception" is going on all across the federal government, blaming it on a lack of accountability after Benghazi, the IRS scandal and Operation Fast and Furious.

"The president dithers about replacing incompetent leaders like Shinseki and Sebelius. That's weak leadership," said O'Reilly.
