Brad Gruno was on “A Healthy You” to discuss the raw food diet, his book and his line of chips.

Gruno has adhered to a raw food diet for more than six years. He said he stumbled into it through a family member.

In his first three months on the diet, Gruno said he lost 40 pounds. He currently adheres to an 80/20 lifestyle, which means that he eats 80 percent raw. His book, “Brad’s Raw Made Easy,” is a complete guide on living the same lifestyle.
