New information coming in this morning following a bizarre situation that unfolded Tuesday afternoon in the Baltimore area. Police say after ramming his truck into the lobby of local news station WMAR-TV, the suspect took off and eventually hid out for hours in an editing room.

The 29-year-old man has not been identified and he was not injured during the tense standoff. Police Chief James Johnson said the suspect clearly suffers from emotional or mental health issues.

Security guards said when the suspect first came to the door, he banged on it and screamed that he was God.

Johnson said police were able to use surveillance video to locate the suspect, and observed him watching news coverage on the second floor. He had a golf club with him, but was apprehended "without incident" with the help of a police dog.
